I think i should really learn to accept that in this world, everything works to an equilibrium.
There is nothing that will change just because we wanted it our way. It is usually at an opportunity cost. Afterall, you cant have the best of both world. You are given some, and some will be taken away from you. Or, you gave up something and take the other. If you want 50% of this, and 50% of that, then there will not be a problem, the only problem would be, you have to accomodate the fact that you can only have 1/2 of each, not the full. However if you want 100% of this and 100% of that, chances are you get nothing.
Each person per day gets 24 hours. No matter how hard you squeeze it will still be 24 hours. Therefore if you want to do many things within that 24 hours, you give and you take, you cant demand everything to be of your choice, when the total exceed 24 hours.
Whenever there is an opportunity cost, we will immediately think of choices. Hence i should therefore learn to accept that, whenever my choice is, i will have to face it.
Be it to my advantage at certain good times... or...
when it is to my disadvantage when i'm facing strong waves in life.
Afterall, i've made a choice that is possibly irreversible due to the time factor, the only thing i can do is to learn how to give and to take whatever is best on the table at that time.
Strike the equilibrium by changing a little of our perception of things. Being flexible, let go and really not to expect too much and be hard on oneself.
I'm learning. Learning to face the truth and to separate from ideals.
